Jeremiah Owyang captured five critical questions facing marketers:

These have been burning questions for many of us over the last several months.
Some of us are in the zone of answering some of them, like SEO/SEM where we are able to observe search processes and the actual SERPS change right before our eyes and hypothesize ways to manage that.
In total, though, the answers to these questions will be a paradigm shift, and marketing as we have known it will evolve into something very, very different. It already has.
In some ways, it is not that different than marketing before the internet and marketing after the internet, at least with regards to the creative destruction both the advent of the internet and the advent of AI have/will visit(ed) upon us.

I have always been an early adopter. Ideas, concepts, technologies and methodologies, learning and testing these is a personal passion. This puts me in the unique position of usually having perspective, POV and experience with this newness before everyone else. I use this to both my and my consulting clients advantage. Let me show you.
